Pure, raw and black. The band CALLOUS is absolute hatred manifested into THE darkest audible form. The band originally started as a solo project by GRAVELURKER in 2014, then known simply as "Callous," a name given to him for his bleak and unforgiving perspective on existence. After a few years, he'd join forces with Mythology's mighty Raithus and Lord Gallows, in a sense re-establishing the band with a more genuine live sound. Thus came their 2018 demo, showcasing the band's new and improved EVIL.
In 2021, they released their debut full-length which was aptly titled, "The Triumph of Blasphemy," claiming victory on purity and righteousness. The heathens of CALLOUS take no prisoners with this collection of dark battle hymns. Gravelurker's shrill vocals are backed by ravishing black guitar tone, crushing bass noise with a chasmic snare all put together to form a ferocious and unforgiving sound, one that represents a band of cruel intention. This album is a TRUE representation of what EVIL METAL is.
